Motive Market (originally named myMotive) was born as an innovative proposal within motive.co to promote local shopping. What if products were shown on a map? The goal was to turn urban mobility into a way to discover things nearby, connecting people with local shops in their own city and letting them choose whether to buy based on proximity or price.

As a visual and product designer, I developed the visual identity for this beta: from branding to app prototype, including its presence in physical media like bikes and buses. The graphic language was modular and approachable, combining color and movement to bridge the digital with the physical and invite more real-life presence into city streets.

The key was giving users the option to choose how they shop: by proximity or by price. That simple decision encouraged more sustainable consumption, real human connection, and urban vibrancy. If something is just around the corner, why wait days to get it, only to find out it’s not what you expected?

The project included motion pieces, real-world mockups, and a visual experience designed to validate the idea emotionally and through everyday interactions.
